Henrik Albertsen
Managing General Partner
Henrik has wide experience in the IT industry gained in management positions with software companies and most recently with a venture capital company. He started to build up his experience in 1987 and has held positions with 2M Invest (Investment Partner), Damgaard Group (Sales Manager/Business Developer/International Project Sales/IT Project Manager), been a self-employed IT consultant developing software solutions for measurement devices and worked for Simcorp (Project Manager/Developer, Software Projects).
Henrik has an M.Sc. in Engineering, Computer Science from the Technical University of Denmark and an E*MBA from SiMi.

Claus Højbjerg Andersen
General Partner
Claus has been with Nordic Venture Partners since its inception in early 2000. Claus has over the years focused primarily on enterprise software and Internet-related investments. He is currently a member of the board in four companies, which range from the early seed phase to more mature companies. Prior to joining Nordic Ventures Partners he was an international carrier in the financial industry in asset management, research and sales in Danske Capital (Copenhagen), Nordea (Luxembourg) and Enskilda Securities (London).
Claus is a director on the boards of Ascio, Saxotech, Rovsing Dynamics, Polar Rose, Octoshape and Funcom.
Claus has a B.Comm. degree in Credit and Finance from Copenhagen Business School.

Pernille Ranegaard Clausen
Controller
Pernille has been with Nordic Venture Partners since 2007. Pernille has previously been employed with Deloitte Business Process Outsourcing as a consultant and HansenToft Management Consulting as a test instructor. In her employment for Deloitte, Pernille worked for Nordic Venture Partners as a part time consultant for more than a half year.
Pernille has a M.Sc. (Management Accounting and Control) from Copenhagen Business School and a B.Sc. (Economics and Law) from Aarhus Business School.

Thomas Tofte Hansen
General Partner
Thomas has a strong background in commercial law with an emphasis on finance and ICT companies. Thomas joined the team in May 2003 and was previously employed by Danske Life Science as senior associate in charge of legal affairs and operational procedures. Since 2000 he has as partner in the law firm Elvang & Partners specialised in ICT companies and has experience within financing and software licensing. Before joining Elvang & Partners, Thomas was employed at KromannReumert, where he obtained experience in transactions.
Thomas is a Master of Law from the University of Copenhagen and an LL.M from the University of Cambridge.

Mark Johnson
Investment Director
Mark has technical and business experience in IT management consulting. Before joining Nordic Venture Partners in 2007, Mark worked several years providing consulting services to the venture capital industry in Silicon Valley and U.S. government agencies in Washington, DC. He would conduct research and advise clients on new technologies and innovations which would have a strategic impact upon the business. Before working as a consultant, he was a naval officer specializing in communications, intelligence and engineering.
Mark has an MBA from Stockholm School of Economics and a BS in Systems Engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy.

Juha Lehtola
Investment Director
Juha has a combination of professional experience in the venture capital and ICT industries. Before joining Nordic Venture Partners in 2007, Juha worked with Aura Capital where he has completed a number of early stage VC investments across different technology sectors in Finland. His prior work experience includes sales and international business development in the software industry, latest at QPR Software which is a Finnish enterprise software company listed in the Helsinki Stock Exchange.
Juha's academic credentials include an M.Sc. in Industrial Management from Helsinki University of Technology.

Jukka Rauhala
General Partner
Jukka has 18 years’ business management and development experience in the IT and telecoms industries. Before joining Danske Venture Partners, Jukka held several sales, marketing and business management positions at Nokia and Hewlett Packard both internationally and in Finland.
He also has experience in management consulting gained from his work at McKinsey & Company.
Jukka's 13-year career with Hewlett Packard mirrors the many fundamental changes that the IT industry has undergone since the early 1980s – from the development, marketing and deployment of proprietary IT technologies through the adoption of open technologies in software to the emphasis on IT consulting and systems integration services.
As general manager for Mobile Software Solutions in Nokia Networks, Jukka was responsible for leading and managing a business unit with world-wide operations and a focus on helping mobile operators to develop, launch and manage new mobile end-user services.
Jukka holds an M.Sc. in Industrial Economics and Computer Sciences from the Helsinki University of Technology.

Per von Zelowitz
Partner
Per joined Nordic Venture Partners in 2004 and has been sourcing, executing and managing investments in the communications, digital media, enterprise and consumer software and services sectors. Per’s international career includes experience in venture capital, strategic consulting and financial services.
Prior to joining Nordic Venture Partners he was an investment manager with Argnor Wireless Ventures and a strategic advisor with Northstream (acquired by VeriSign). At Argnor, Per executed investments in early-stage communications companies. During his tenure at Northstream he served startup and Fortune 500 clients in the communications sector. Earlier, Per was an underwriting officer with the Chubb Group, the leading global provider of specialty business insurance, in the United States.
Per represents Nordic Venture Partners on the boards of NYX Interactive, Jalbum, blinkBox and Player X and serves as a member of the Board of Trustees of Macalester College.
Per received an MBA with a focus on Entrepreneurship and Strategy from the University of Cambridge in the United Kingdom and a double BA from Macalester College in the United States. He is completing a BSc Hons. in Information and Communication Technologies with the Open University.

Joachim Worziger
Finance Director
Joachim has previously been employed with Danske Private Equity, Haburi.com, Arthur Andersen and AP Statsautoriserede Revisorer. He has good financial background and understanding of Private Equity.
Joachim holds an M.Sc. (Business Administration and Auditing) and a B.Sc. (Economics and Business Administration), both from Copenhagen Business School.
