Rovsing Dynamics’ - EMOL signs contracts for several super-critical power plants in China

21.01.11 Guangzhou EMOL Technical Engineering Company (EMOL), Rovsing Dynamics’ partner for the Power Generation segment in China, signed two contracts for two power plants in January. Both plants have 2x 600MW Steam Turbine units, where OPENpredictor will monitor critical machines, including the Steam Turbine/Generator sets.

The contract signing followed two other contracts which were already signed in December 2010. One of the power plants has a 2x 600MW Steam Turbine unit and the other has a 2x 300MW Steam Turbine unit.

EMOL is confident that more and more power plants in China now are realizing the great value with advanced condition monitoring to ascertain reliable operations, minimize both scheduled and un-scheduled downtime and ultimately increase the availability and production of the plants.
