Nordic Venture Partners strengthens its team

Nordic Venture Partners has strengthened its operations by engaging Per-Arne Sandström as Senior Advisor from the 1st of January 2005.

Based on his deep commercial and technical experience Mr Sandström will provide guidance and expertise to Nordic Venture Partners and its portfolio companies.

Until his retirement from Telefonaktiebolaget LM Ericsson in July 2004, Mr. Sandström was First Executive Vice President and Deputy CEO of the company. Mr. Sandström joined Ericsson in 1988, and has extensive senior management experience from, ranging from Chief Operating Officer to President of the North America Market Area for Ericsson Inc. in the US. He also served on the Board of Directors of the Cellular Telephone Industry Association. Between 1998 and 2000 Mr. Sandström served as head of Business Unit GSM Systems. Prior to that, he had been Executive Vice President based in the United Kingdom, and Director of Market Operations in Western Europe. Mr. Sandström is a Swedish citizen and resides in Stockholm.
