Part exit in Nordic Venture Partners Portfolio company Ascio Technologies

Copenhagen the 17th of January, The Nordic Venture Partners portfolio company Ascio Technologies was today sold to GroupNBT listed on AIM London Stock Exchange for a total price of the company of EUR 27m in a combination of cash, options and shares.

Claus Højbjerg Andersen, General Partner in NordicVenture Partners who was heading the negotiations says: “We continue to be shareholders and still see a great potential for Group NBT to create more value going forward”.

Upon completion, Claus Hojbjerg Andersen will join the Board of Group NBT as a non-executive director.
