Targit - Software to help pressured German car industry
A special software solution for car dealers will now provide the pressured German car industry with everyday decision support. In the future, when the pressured German car industry has to make important decisions, it will do so on the basis of analyses and reports from a Danish information and management tool.
A German division of the worldwide company Hewlett-Packard (HP) is behind the special industry solution, and HP has integrated so-called business intelligence software from Danish TARGIT in the solution. Due to the turbulent economic realities, the car industry is in need of a clearer overview of daily business. Statistics show that one in ten German automotive supplier has filed for bankruptcy.

The industry solution called "CARLO - powered by incadea" has more than 900 customers and 20.000 daily users. According to VP of Sales at TARGIT Flemming Madsen, TARGIT expects an end user value of about one million Euros.
