Online Return Policy
In the event there is a problem or you experience any issues with a Nordic Naturals product you purchased through our website, you may return the product to Nordic Naturals within 30 days of receipt subject to the guidelines below.
- Only products in unmarked, resalable condition may be returned. Defective products may be returned for a refund after calling customer service.
- To initiate a return, e-mail [email protected]ls.com or call our Customer Service team at 1-888-294-7440 and request a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
- Return requests MUST be made within 30 days from receipt of your order. Unfortunately, we can’t accept any returns if an RA# is not obtained within 30 days.
- We don’t offer merchandise exchanges. To receive a credit for your purchase, products must be returned in original packaging.
- Please note we can only accept products purchased directly through Nordic Naturals. If you purchased your product through a third-party seller, please contact that seller for their return policy. If they are unable to help you, please see our satisfaction guarantee policy.
- Returns must be received within 30 days after an RA# is issued to receive full credit.
- We can only accept returns with a clearly marked RA# on the outside of the package.
- All returns will be checked by our return specialists. If expected items or products are missing, the cost of those items will be deducted from your refund.
Once we receive your order, our goal is to get it to you as quickly as possible, especially if your order qualifies for free 2-day shipping, or you’ve paid for expedited shipping. (Please note: We can only ship via ground to P.O. boxes. Selecting expedited shipping options for an order shipping to an address with a P.O. Box will delay processing your order). For that reason, unfortunately, orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they have been processed. Once your order has been delivered, please contact our customer service department to initiate a return authorization. When your order has been returned to our warehouse, our finance department will contact you directly to confirm your refund.
