At Nordic Naturals, Inc. (“Nordic Naturals”), we stand behind our products and quality controls. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a Nordic Naturals® product you purchased from www.nordicnaturals.com or one of our authorized sellers, you may request a refund or replacement product. We encourage you to use the product for a reasonable period of time to experience its full effect unless you have a safety concern related to the product. Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, the Nordic Naturals 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized Internet sites. The Guarantee is also limited to the original, end-user purchaser.
How To Claim The Guarantee
If you are unable to return your product to the seller from whom the product was purchased, please call one of our experts at 888.294.7440 and have information available regarding where and when you purchased your product. Please note that you will need to provide a picture of your Nordic Naturals product and a copy of your proof of purchase to verify eligibility. You must submit your Guarantee request within sixty (60) days of the date of purchase.
Note: Depending on the situation, you may also be required to return your product directly to Nordic Naturals so we can inspect the product. In these instances, you may be responsible for costs incurred in mailing your product.
Guarantee Guidelines
Nordic Naturals reserves the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny Guarantee requests in its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or if customer has abused the Nordic Naturals 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
